This is primarily intended for strength and power events (as opposed to endurance), but the concepts are very interesting nonetheless.
The language seems very difficult. Not because of bad grammar, but more because of poor editing. Nonetheless, if you can plow through this book, there’s some little (or HUGE) gold nuggets to be found.
